AFC is a simple Python implementation of agglomerative fuzzy clustering as described in [Borgelt and Kruse 2016]. The archives made available above contain the source code of this implementation, a simple implementation of standard hierarchical agglomerative clustering, and the scripts used to conduct the experiments described in the abovementioned paper. The PDF file contains the complete set of result diagrams for these experiments.
