GenPST is a program to generate parallel neuronal spike trains with a simple Bernoulli model. The program supports neuron-specific firing rates, injection of synchronous assembly activity (with a probability of copying from the mother process), and background activity oscillations for groups of neurons.
Call the program with no arguments to see a list of options.
